Andrew Nethery brought me in to freelance EP and help build an internal team and process structure for ONE as they got off the ground. I was a part of the first 40 something people in the building.
Together we laid the ground work for a lean, agile, and impactful production team.
The goal was message focused content that was still pristine and visually appealing.
We wanted anything we made to have effect, impact, and be memorable.
Our first content piece crashed Motortrend and got the CEO dinner plans with Elon Musk.
